Mobile App Step 5. Make your first withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw your assets from your Blocktrade account via mobile app, here is step-by-step: 

• When you open Blocktrade mobile app, you will see Home page on the screen. In Your assets section you will be able to see all currencies in your portfolio:

• If you click on any currency, you will get access to Send/Withdraw option:  

Below you can see instructions for EUR and cryptocurrency withdrawals.

EUR withdrawal

If your bank account has already been verified, click on I understand button to proceed:

⚠️ Please, note that withdrawals are only available to the verified bank accounts - an account from which at least one successful deposit (as a bank transfer) has been made.

If you have a verified IBAN saved for your Blocktrade account, you can make a withdrawal to it by filling out the amount to withdraw.

The total amount will be calculated with all additional fees. If you agree with all the parameters, click Continue button:  

Afterwards, if you select destination IBAN from the list of verified bank accounts, click Preview before withdrawing to confirm the withdrawal: 

After making a withdrawal via Blocktrade, you will receive a notification that we have sent a confirmation link to your email address:

⚠️ You will have 60 minutes to go to your email address and confirm the withdrawal.

Done! Your withdrawal should be on the way to mentioned IBAN. 

Crypto withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw any cryptocurrency, you should specify the amount first, then click Confirm button: 

Then you can choose the recipient from the list if you have some previously saved. If not, you can add it with New recipient option: 

 

After you type in all correct transaction details, total amount will be calculated with all additional fees. If you agree with all the parameters, you can click Send now button below: 

After making a withdrawal via Blocktrade, you will receive a notification that we have sent a confirmation link to your email address.

⚠️ You will have 60 minutes to go to your email address and confirm the withdrawal.

Done! Your withdrawal should be on the way to mentioned IBAN.

⚠️ Please, note that Blocktrade supports certain networks for all available coins. You can check the following page to make sure that you use the correct network for a particular coin.
